A three-perspective panel on the future of work, built around one question: in a world increasingly run with AI, what is yours to own? I brought the individual lens, on building an intentional, creative working life with AI. I designed and facilitated the session as well, including a think-pair-share that had a room of two hundred people turn to a neighbor and talk about how AI is changing their identity and how they feel about it. They needed to talk about it.
